Exactly how I feel
You'd think that after just five days
It's totally unreal

But every time I see your face
I have to give a smile
For I get lost within your eyes
For what seems a million miles

When I can't be with you
I can see your gorgeous face
And I often lie awake at night
Just missing your embrace

I miss your voice and I miss your smile
I miss your eyes and your cheerful style
I miss the way you make me feel
And I've often said, "This can't be real"

I know that you don't want
To realize that this is true
I just hope that you will see my side
Before all this is through

But after all my contemplation
And disbelieving fascination
I've found that time is not the issue
But how much I care and really miss you

Someday you might understand
That time is not reality
And maybe...when you realize
You might just think of me
